LG Optimus One phone, tracklog and photos?

In connection with the release of a new version of Lightroom 4 beta, I had a question about navigation.
There in the program there is such an option as downloading a tracklog.
Let's say I arrived in Berlin, turned on the navigator in the tracklog recording mode, synchronized the time with the camera and took pictures all day. Then Lightroom allows you to upload a tracklog and can arrange my photos on the map according to this data. I understand that many modern cameras already have such a built-in option as recording geotags, but my camera does not.
Question - can my LG Optimus One help me create such a log? I confess, I'm not special in navigation at all, I just never came across this, and I never had a navigator.
Is there any app for android? Thank you!

Maybe. Wool market on request "Photo geotag". There may be problems with format compatibility, but all this is solvable.
The main difficulty is that the phone in this mode will sit down in a few hours, and constantly switching it is not very handy (I personally got tired of it on the first day), it is better to get hold of a separate GPS tracker.
