What equipment to choose for photo printing?

Please tell me the equipment, nurseries, etc. for photo printing (small business).
Quality of course I would like the best but also for a reasonable price. Since once again I will repeat small business. Start.
There was an experience with epson p50 + CISS inksystem, it didn’t work out to achieve good results, the colors are absolutely not the same, the quality is bad, I didn’t find the creation of color profiles in Moscow anywhere, although it’s hard to believe that it would help. Maybe there is something more subtle?

How many people, so many opinions, I will share my decision:
Action one:
Look in your pocket and find from 15 to 20 sput
Action two:
Open avito and look for something good - r2000, r2880, r1900 (r3000 is better not to take it like this as in service unnecessarily hemorrhoids), a prerequisite must be the originals, the seller must not be able to repair printers (sic!). The price tag is from 12 to 17 rubles, depending on how you know how to bargain.
Action three:
We put the CISS + normal ink (normal is not Khokhlyat's don't understand what's in the bottle - ala inksystem, in fact there are Chinese assorted inks), normal is something real Korean - inktec, inkmate, moorim (low price - excellent quality), I personally I recommend the pigment, although dropsy is also not bad.
Now the result - you have a wonderful A3 device that you got at the price of dirt + ink for this technique of good quality, as they are sold for fear of possible problems (this is not p50)
+ support for this ink from Koreans is always on top.

Try the printer with "native" CISS , or pour in your "native" ink.
