Level zero hypervisor?

UPD:
Гипервизор нулевого уровня - операционная система, которая не умеет базовых функций, потребляет очень мало ресурсов и способна запускать виртуальные машины и защищённые виртуальные контейнеры.

What you need: Run Windows Server, Windows and Ubuntu as guest OS; flexible VM configuration, forwarding Vt-x (Vt-d) for nested virtualization.
What level 0 hypervisor do you recommend?

xen, wmvare, own OS + virtualbox/kvm-qemu/lxc/openvz/uml
regarding few resources, how much they will consume, in fact the host of the system is a full-fledged linux, with ready-made virtualization management services, oddly enough, you can only noticeably minimize yourself, as an example, having seriously shoveled the initramfs, you can introduce some kind of hypervisor there, it will be, well, there is simply nowhere to go but without convenient management.

Here the choice is not very large - I know only three hypers of the Dom0 level - ESXi, kvm, hyper-v. Well, FreeBSD also has its own under-hyper Dom0. There is also Xen, but in my opinion, he doesn’t give a damn about the problems of non-corporate clients at all.
