Letter abbreviations in the name of cisco products and where to get it
Good afternoon. Who has a link to the decoding of the name of the pieces of iron? And then I plan to buy a pair to improve my skills, but it’s not clear what to take. If anyone has any ideas where you can get it cheaper .. I'll be happy to hear it. Currently interested in 1841 and 2950.

Regarding where - on the same Avito ... you can also drag from eBay as from the original source: D (if you are not afraid of problems with delivery, which is quite likely). I understand you are interested in used equipment for exam preparation?
Shop.nag.ru sometimes has a discount (for example, one port out of 24 does not work on the switch).
The decoding of the numbers can be found on cisco.com
In my opinion, if you are just starting certification (CCNA, ICND), then it is better to use GNS3 emulators (L3, extremely truncated L2 functionality through NM- * ESW modules) or IOU (L3 and more complete implementation of L2 functionality), or simulators like Packet Tracer. One router and one switch is hardly enough for a clear topology.
