I made a game, but so far without graphics and animation. Now you need to make prettiness and animate, but the practice in drawing comes down to drawing lessons at school and fun in Photoshop. There is no desire to hire someone yet, I want to try it myself, suddenly it will work out. To get started, there is a Wacom graphics tablet. but it is not necessary to draw in flash. more precisely, vector graphics are not very productive, so in flash drives either vectors are converted to a raster when the game is loaded, or a raster is immediately drawn in other editors.
