I installed ubuntu 18 instead of my native Windows ... After that, the laptop does not see the Internet via cable and does not see the wifi adapter. Help who can figure it out. On the previous laptop, there were no problems, everything got up right away.

Sometimes after installing Linux (any distribution) the Internet does not work or something else because of the drivers. Select the ones you need manually or download the missing ones.
