How to configure capsman v2 on RB1100AHx2?

There are 6 RBwAP2nD points , and RB951G-2HnD as the central one (capsman v2), everything is set up according to the instructions, which are enough on the Internet , and everything works.
But this is a test configuration, in combat (using the RB1100AHx2 as the center point) I try to set up everything the same, comparing each setting, and nothing works.
More precisely: the points connect and see the RB1100AHx2, and he sees them, but the SSID settings, frequencies, etc. are not applied.
Are there any differences between them in terms of settings, because on both RouterOS.
What am I missing, because I'm doing this for the first time, maybe I'm missing something important.

This happens if different firmware versions on devices. Use the latest stable version on all devices.
