Lenovo g700. Doesn't turn off when turned off
Actually the problem:
Lenovo g700 laptop with Windows 8 preinstalled on board.
I decided to put Linux Mint in a dual boot with Windows (I used to put Linux only in virtual machines).
After installation, I downloaded EasyBCD to set up the Windows bootloader. And accidentally erased all boot records. I immediately added Windows back with the same program, but noticed that winload.exe became the bootloader, and not winload.efi, as it was before. After that, it did not reboot (it pretended to turn off, and then Windows immediately started up again), and after turning it off, it did not start at all.
I had to restore via One key recovery.
After the restoration, the system started up, but when it is turned off, the laptop itself does not turn off (the cooler makes noise), during sleep mode the same thing, during hibernation, the laptop also does not turn off, but after a forced shutdown, the system restores its state, i.e. the system shuts down correctly.
Everything that I found on the Internet does not help. I tried to load the Live CD and turn it off, it still does not turn off, only forcibly.
Actually, how to fix it?

I asked myself, I'll answer myself:
I just had to get the bios battery and not insert it longer. And everything worked.
The first method helped, took out the battery for the night and alleluia. Thanks to
