Why did CDR reports stop working in FreePBX?

FreePBX 13.0.195.4
After deleting old records of conversations through the console, records of conversations are no longer displayed in the item (through the "web-face") Reports-Reports CDR. Although if you look at /var/spool/asterisk/monitor/ there are conversation records.
What could break when deleting only conversation recording files?

Links to voice recordings were stored in CDR reports. Without reports, it is impossible to match the conversation and its recording on disk
