Legality of a gsm gateway in Ukraine

We want to receive and process calls using Asterisk + GSM-modem / gateway to the MTS number (Ukraine).
Such information slipped through that this could be an offense that falls under Article 361 of the CCU (illegal interference with the established procedure for routing information).

I consulted with people who work in companies where a similar solution is already being applied. I was told that it is possible to conclude an agreement with the operator, that we use this solution for our own needs, we will not provide access to anyone else, or even a paid service.

I tried to contact the MTS support service, they don’t know about this, they offered to write through the form on the site, while we are waiting for an answer.
If anyone has experience in using such solutions, please share this experience. He is interested in whether the situation is as he described, where and in what order such an agreement can be signed.

In response to your appeal, we inform you the following.

According to the Terms of Use of MTS Mobile Networks (clause 10.4.7), the Operator has the right to terminate the provision of services to a Subscriber who, without the prior written consent of the Operator, uses technical means for the purpose described by you.

Only corporate clients of the company can use this technology after contacting the official representative office of MTS and signing an Additional Agreement for the provision of this service.
