Legal withdrawal from Payoneer?

I recently opened an IP (Patent) and started accepting both direct payments from abroad to my account and transfers through Payoneer - an invoice and an extract from Payoneer are enough for currency control.
The problem is that I still have funds on my Payoneer account that I received even BEFORE registering an IP.
Can I just withdraw them to the account now? If not, how can this be done?

The author, if you did not have an individual entrepreneur, then you could withdraw funds as a self-employed person, as many do.
