Legal side of the online store

I want to open an online store. Do I need to register it? If yes, then as an individual entrepreneur or as a legal entity. Or for the first time you can not register at all?

It is necessary - the law requires, for violation of responsibility up to criminal

Article 171. Illegal Entrepreneurship
1. Carrying out entrepreneurial activity without registration...
shall be punishable by a fine in the amount of up to 300 thousand roubles, or in the amount of the wage or salary, or any other income of the convicted person for a period of up to two years, or by compulsory labor for a term of 180 to 240 hours, or arrest for a term of four to six months.

You can hope that they won't notice, won't bring you, or will bring you only to administrative responsibility, etc., but do you need it? Issue price ~ 1000 rubles. one-time (registration) and ~ 1300 rubles. per month (insurance contributions, can compensate for the amount of tax on the simplified tax system). Plus, as an individual entrepreneur, it will be much easier for you to conclude agreements with suppliers and payment systems / aggregators. The only disadvantage of an individual entrepreneur compared to an LLC, while you do not have partners, is that you are liable with all your property, so it is not recommended to take goods on credit or for sale, as well as break the law (fines, compensation).
PS Naturally, the STS is more suitable for trading according to the "(income-expenses) * 15%" scheme (maybe less, it depends on the region - in St. Petersburg 10% for example)

Registration is optional. Recently, an article on Habré slipped through that in Ukraine they want to oblige the presence of an office for online stores.

Be sure to register, indicate prices in national currency, indicate on the site all the details of your company (TIN, OGRN, etc.).

I have an individual entrepreneur, let's say I will buy products for cash and sell for cash. How to take this into account in the declaration?

To work comfortably, legally act as if you want to open a regular store.

If I work for the government work and I have an individual entrepreneur (I am the only employee) do I have to pay contributions to the pension?
