Accounting for goods in the store and in the warehouse

Hello!

So, briefly the essence of the problem:
1. There is a small store selling various building materials, etc.
2. The store is located in a small town, there are few buyers.
3. There is one saleswoman in the store for 50 years.
4. There is practically no record of the movement of goods.

It is necessary:
1. To get a convenient opportunity to maintain warehouse accounting and the current movement of goods.
2. What is the best way to make a sale registration (entering sales data into the program)? Barcodes are inconvenient.

What programs exist to solve this problem?

PS Most likely I missed something or incorrectly described, there will be questions - ask.

Thanks for the advice.

I set up vTiger for my wife for similar purposes . I don’t know, however, whether a 50-year-old saleswoman can handle this CMS. I set it up more than a year ago, so I won’t be able to help much with the settings anymore (everything was forgotten), but they have everything well documented and a good forum. and it's free...

If even one single saleswoman copes, then why do you need any automated accounting at all?
It is possible to calculate how much of what came in and how much of what went away, and then just apply mathematics and draw conclusions.
Well, if you want to register sales and keep records not by hand, then you either need to use the tags that you have or force the storekeepers to sculpt their own (is there any point for such a small store?)
Of the more or less totally popular ones, these are EAN, barcodes. Any others will most likely have to be sculpted by yourself, but they can be something more convenient. For example, on rfid tags, you can make an awesomely convenient self-accounting system, but I don’t see the point of fencing such a garden for the sake of a small mazagiz. In other cases, qr, datamatrix and other labels are about equally convenient.
But the bottom line, in any case, except for rfid, is that everything in the warehouse should be neat, so that you can quickly and easily recalculate and re-account everything. At least with the eyes, at least with scanners, at least by the recognition of graphic codes from a photo.

In such a case, I installed ShopCMS for people and closed it from external access. Everyone was quite happy with themselves.

Hammer stupidly in an ex-fur-tree or write a simple DB in MS Access.

cloudshop.ru/play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.cloudshop It seems to solve all your problems.

I own a small plumbing store, I use class 365 in the process of optimization and accounting, I am very pleased. In general, there are a lot of programs now, Google will help you.
