Learning PL on an android device?

I am away from the computer. Only a simple android smart is at hand. There is a lot of time, and a great desire to move on in the IT field, namely to study some kind of PL as much as possible. And so that practice is possible.
As far as I know, only 2 languages are suitable for these purposes. Because I found only 2 ide. Aide - java, android ide. QPython python, 2.6 and 3.0 .
I am facing a choice. Which language to choose? More disposed towards java.
Please justify your answers. And preferably with literature. I must say right away that I did a little Pascal, and php. But I have no idea about OOP)

I don't understand. Everyone has to run and argue you do something?
Choose what YOU want more. Whatever they say to you here, it is your own business to motivate yourself to study. No one and no best recommendation can force you to study for hundreds of hours until you learn the technology normally.
Take any language, Google, learn.

Python is simpler, more fun, more extensive, less demanding, does not require OOP.
Java is better to study from a computer and more carefully, in a stream.
I say everything from personal experience, since I studied Python with the Nokia 5320 (320x240) - it was easy and the Python Shell is especially helpful, available everywhere and in any form.
But now I'm studying Java, but from a computer, from a phone - it's inconvenient.
You can simplify the practice with java a little by purchasing a miniclave for your mobile phone.
But the main ambush with practice in Java from a mobile phone is the lack of tools as a class.
If you can root a smart one, any Linux on Android can help (you can install a linux distro, and a full-fledged java on it).
And this is just the tip of the iceberg.
In summary, I will try to persuade you to Python. In the process, you will understand why. Especially if you try both languages in order to understand the difference even more in comparison.
