Learning in 3D after 9th grade?
Soon school ends and a new stage begins - a college or another institution. This is the question: What are the options for colleges, Russian and foreign, where you can go to study as a 3D artist? And everything that, in general, is connected with this topic. If you have any ideas or recommendations, I will gladly read it, gentlemen! :0

Hello. You're looking in vain specifically for "3d artist".
1. You still have to study on your own. I'm talking about 3d. We do not have universities that teach how to work in 3Dmax or Cinema.
2. It is not necessary to have an education at all. (Only if you are not going to work as an office clerk where you are a bug without a piece of paper)
3. Can I get a job somewhere without any necessary piece of paper? Interested in graphics for computer games - You can. They will look at your work and how you solve problems, but not at the diploma. (I personally have no education at all, no. I work on the web and it's normal. One weapon model hangs in the cs go market. And do you think Valve asked for my diploma? :D )
4. The university will help you only with the base. If you are a 3D artist and draw faces for example. An artist would be very helpful here. Architecture, Design and Art. That kind of direction. But then again, spending 5 years on something that you yourself can greedily absorb in a year ... well xs. It's my opinion.
Almost all gamedevs are self-taught
Good day, it's better to start on your own if there is enough motivation (fortunately, there are enough lessons). With a strong desire - if you start with blender 3d, switch to cinema 4d, if you wish, it's not a problem to find it on sites using the same torrents (may the copyright defenders forgive me this blasphemy).
In a word, self-motivation and desire to start is more than enough.
Good luck and be patient!
For example, in my city there is this: https://ru.wikipedia.org/wiki/Novosibirsk_state...
She studied at the Polytechnic University as a computer scientist-designer at the Faculty of the Institute of International Educational Programs.
In 2016, it was reorganized and is now called the Higher School of Design and Architecture of the Peter the Great St. Petersburg Polytechnic University.
So, 3ds Max and Maya were previously taught on it, and they did it very cool. Naturally, there are other necessary disciplines - drawing, painting, drawing and a lot of things.
Most of my classmates now model characters, spaces, and so on. for games, cartoons and movies. The quality of teaching was first class.
For example, my scientific instructor has now become an associate professor of this specialty

You can buy/spirit courses, they will give you a base, develop further, study additional tools and ways to work with them.
By max, the best courses I've come across are https://knower.pro/ .
In blender, their courses are weak, for him it is better https://cloudlessons.ru/v/321/ , you can see the content of the course at the same link.
Keep in mind that max, cinema, and so on ... are paid, unlike blender.
If we talk about Moscow, then there is (although I don’t remember exactly what it is called) additional education at the Moscow Central Art School at the Russian Academy of Arts. I don’t remember whether you can enroll in grades 10-11 there, or how. But a friend of mine is now studying there to become a 3D character artist (training for 2 years)
