As the commentators correctly noted above, there is a wonderful course from the IWG, there are two parts and the third should appear soon. It is shareware (you can pay and pass the exam for a certificate). Very suitable, it deals directly with practical problems and their solution. Suitable for an intermediate level developer, although a beginner can try. There are assignments for each topic, very good ones.

I can also recommend solving puzzles on hackerrank.com and codewars.com .
Look at the tour of Go - but there are very basic things. There is also in Russian, it seems.
It would also be nice to read about best praxis - it is well stated here , but a lot.
Also immediately learn how to properly organize project files here .
Well, in general, read and watch everything that comes to hand, will help you understand Go-way

Coursera has a free course from Google, but it's in English. The paid version has challenges,
but I would recommend you take A tour of Go

I'm doing a free hands-on course especially for those who already know Python, JS or PHP (or any other language) and want to quickly learn Go: https://stepik.org/96832
