Actually the question is, how and where do you look for strong Go (and not only) developers?
Z.Y. Just the names of freelance exchanges, etc. It is not necessary to throw sites. I know about them. Tell us more about your experience (successful and not so good) of finding suitable developers.

The strongest Russian Go developers I know are nsf and Dmitry Vyukov.

Twindo, describe an interesting task, and then see who will offer what implementation. You can search everywhere, but there are really not very many of us :)
