LDAP current web interface or KeyStone or FreeIPA?

Is there any good implementation of the web interface for reading and managing LDAP, I would like mail to be attached to it and git authentication, and at the same time so that a non-technical specialist can more or less create accounts without the help of admins
Well, or maybe someone knows how Keystone fits in general for these purposes?
I also heard about the FreeIpa RedHat project, but I don’t know anything about it at all, who will share what?

I use 389-Ds on sentos, of course there is no web, but there is a regular graphical console.

Working with it for more than 5 years and no problems, you can even synchronize AD users with passwords.
