Recently, more and more often I score on glitches and hacks under ie7-ie8.
I make layouts for ie9+, but it's a little weird, of course, that 1.5-2% use old donkeys and my layout turns into meat for them, especially when layout is media queries. Although, of course, this percentage is an error, 1% in general Js is turned off according to statistics ...
And how are you doing?

Not relevant at all, we don't even test under IE9. It is much more useful to take care of people with disabilities or poor eyesight.
