Layout on Gulp and CMS?

Good afternoon. I'm not a layout designer. They gave me the finished layout on (gulp, as I understand it).
I need to put it on the CMS. This is the first time I've come across such a thing as gulp)
Tell me, do I need to install something additionally on the web server or drag and drop files as usual and already pull it on cms? i.e. all js scripts

Galp is an automation tool, at the output you get a layout with styles for deployment.

You have mixed everything.
