Layout of the mobile version of the site from psd with a width of 960px?

Help me understand) I got the layout of the mobile version of the site, the width of the site in psd is 960px. I made it up without problems, but there were questions about the fonts, and specifically about their sizes, in psd the sizes are set in pt, if you transfer all sizes from the layout, then the text comes out very large. Tell me, am I a bad layout designer or should the layout of the site be drawn for the physical resolution of the phone screen (i.e. min 260px)?

А может научиться пользоваться Фотошопом и переключить отображение в столь родные сердцу пиксели? А также проверить плотность макета и если он равен 96 dpi, то воспользоваться формулой 12pt * 96 / 72 = 16px. Рисовать надо норм :)
Сам psd скорее всего нифига не 960 :)

I usually draw in three sizes: 1170px, 750px and 480px.
In principle, if the grid is "observed", then it is not so difficult to imagine what will be where with the adaptive.
BUT! If there is an option to send the layout for revision - send it. Together with a link to Toster - let the designer learn.
