Layout. How to wrap blocks correctly if they do not fit the width of the screen?

I came across a wonderful thing for plotting charts www.highcharts.com/. I just can't figure out how to move the chart block correctly if it doesn't fit the width of the screen. In the docks I found a description of how to add a scrollbar, but this is not what you need.
