Layout floats in Safari/iOS?

Guys, I bought a template, initially tested it on a desktop / android and didn’t see a jamb. In the iphone, and on poppies, the layout turned out to be in the trash. Safari just ignores all styles... I
have some knowledge, but I can't find a solution. If it's not difficult, the site itself here, tell me what's the problem? After all, there is a mobile layout, but it is ignored in Apple products. Template developers are silent like fish...(

Probably some kind of problem with Modernizr, some kind of fatal error occurs during its processing, and Safari blocks the normal rendering of the page. The css styles themselves are probably not to blame.
