Why doesn't the safari browser load the audio recording?

Hello. We have mango telephony integrated into Bitrix, and when you press the button to play the call recording on the MAC via SAFARI, it shows such a cross, the flash player plugin is connected js content is allowed, can someone tell me what is missing. Through chrome everything is fine.
