Launching an advertising campaign in Apple iAd?

Hello! I know that iAd was closed back in 2016, but the question remains - is it possible to launch ads on this network in some cunning way now? Maybe from an old account or something like that? Or service curtailed one hundred percent?
And second - what was needed to launch such an advertising campaign at the time when it existed? Thanks in advance.
