Launched a website to test hypotheses. Maybe there are some sites where you can publish a site for testing, demand?

The idea is that IT companies place real tasks on the platform (ideally, the development manager or team leader places them), part of a project or technical task. These tasks, tests in the public domain. The future employee can start solving the task at any time. As soon as he starts it, time starts. At the end of the time or early completion of the task, the company will receive a notification. After that, if the manager considered the solution worthy, they begin to analyze the code online. Such a small defense, why did he do it, and this is it. In case of interest in the candidate, the manager already passes the information to the HR in order to invite him for an interview. The matter remains small, because the technical abilities have already been tested and confirmed.

The question is how to get traffic to the site in order to get feedback, check whether it is necessary.

Won't take off. There are already many test sites and applicants are already being tested on them, and a dancing employer will never bother with laying out combat missions.

The practice of searching for intricate tasks online to apply them in an interview is the bad form of the employer and a sign of his lack of this knowledge as such, which means that the assessment will be biased. Online questions are outrageously unsolvable, such as three-dimensional Trojan horses purely for pale-yellow applicants, from which, in the case of an “incorrect” answer, from the point of view of the interviewer (the answer is also not his), a completely folded specialist starts brain turbulence, doubts about his experience , experiences and long-ventilated sediment from the brain.
Sane employers, first of all, probe the knowledge of applicants for the subject of their problems, on which the company is stuck. Sometimes these are veiled consultations under the guise of hiring, but nevertheless, the pros quickly figure it out, and the interview develops more into a dialogue with leading questions to counter questions. But if this is still a serious employer and, first of all, sets itself the task of taking an intelligent specialist, and the manager of the new group does not have knowledge and experience, then he raises the question of ordering such test problems in special firms with reasoned answer options that can still be evaluated and a scale of response options.
