functionalities: ticket sales, introduction of a calendar of available events, payment by plastic card, multilingualism.
Architecture: for example theater->list of theaters->list of events in the selected theater (there is also a calendar with available events)->purchase a ticket-> payment
form
Joomla || WordPress or some other option?!
Which plugin, module to choose?

None, write from scratch. Wordpress will now be advised, but for me it is not fucking needed here.
The task is too specific, there are plug-ins, but you will have to finish it all the same.
Therefore, there is no special point in taking ready-made and sawing it to fit your requirements.
The task itself is difficult to pull a finished CMS that needs to be cut.
In fact: blog / news / poster, buy button and robokassa / interkassa / Yandex.kassa.
You are unlikely to write some kind of your own payment system%)
There is another question, how will the synchronization with theaters take place?
If you use the API of some checkout.ru, then it’s definitely better to cut your admin panel simple.
And without api, you actually are unlikely to be able to sell something normally.
