I realized that lately I have not been happy with the work in a small IT department that is not an IT office at all. I would like to move to the place where IT is the main activity. Where the IT infrastructure is developed. Where there are opportunities to grow professionally, all sorts of motivations. In general, a company with well-established development and employee development processes.
My direction is .net/C#. All that I know from large offices in our city is 2GIS and SKB Kontur.
Maybe someone knows what companies of a similar level we have that use .net in their work?
For vacancies, mostly organizations of 30-50 people, but outsourcing. All this is not very different from my current activities.
