Laravel vue project not building, Module build failed?

Hello everyone, I created a new project on laravel I
added vue to it
I did npm install, and then I write npm run dev, after which such an error is issued

How to fix it, and what screenshots should I throw off to understand the error?

fixed it, changed the sass-loader version to 7, rebuilt the project and everything worked!
