Laravel + vue-cli build?

How to implement a frontend for the admin like in this or this repositories ? There are no webpack.mix.js and package.json files in the root, all this is in the frontent folder along with the vue-cli assembly. I know php well, but I haven’t worked with Laravel and I can’t figure out for half a day how to put the vue-cli assembly in order to insert the Vue root component into a single entry point, for example admin.blade.php and write the entire front in Vue. I was able to set up vue according to the documentation, but this is not at all what I'm used to when working on an assembly with vue-cli, but I found repositories where this is implemented and I can't figure it out.
