Laptop won't connect to WiFi?

I installed WiFi Tp-link TL-wr845N, all devices are connected to it, except for one laptop, it connects but writes limited, what could be the problem?

Connection limited?
ipconfig /all what does it say?
Maybe the IP is statically set there?
And of course, it would be nice to know about the connection parameters - WPA2-personal? AES?
What channel is the access point on?
In 2.4, a channel width of more than 20 megahertz is not recommended, but still, what is the channel width?
What card does the laptop have? Maybe the drivers are crooked?
