Work in ide, virtualization, lemp stack.
Budget up to 50k

The screen size is as large as possible, the resolution must be adequate, otherwise the eyes will break to read small text. Matrix - matte (otherwise there will be glare). Operations as much as possible.
A potential candidate should be punched in Google [model name] + Linux, so as not to run into problematic hardware.
