Laptop repair under warranty?

My laptop is under warranty. At the entrance of work, I began to notice that my hinges went cracked. And getting stronger and stronger. After reading the reviews, I realized that this is a problem for all laptops of this model ... The question is whether I can return it back under warranty, and whether it is possible to return the money for it. Because if they do it, it will surely be the same again.

You need to look at the warranty. Cracks may not be covered under warranty. But if this is a problem of the entire line of laptops, then if you refuse, you can resolve the issue through the court, the chances are good. True, this is the time.

But most often they will simply write "mechanical damage", and refuse the guarantee. After all, no one has prescribed anywhere how durable laptops should be, and manufacturers use this - they make everything thinner, lighter, and less metal, while the user kills the device earlier (stupidly mechanically), and saving on materials.
