Laptop problem. Freeze in games with audio looping?

Lord, hello!
It turned out that I have been struggling with this problem for about three months now (I mean, I’ll sit down every two weeks, for three hours, poking around and hammering), that is, I’m already tired, and I ask you for help in this seemingly simple problem (for the first sight).
So, there is a laptop - Samsung r580 js03 (i5 420m, 3gb, gt320, built-in realtek), there are several games (all bought in steam: King's of bounty (only during battle), Battlefield BC2, Life 4 dead 2 (online only ) and maybe something else) that freeze on this laptop (the freeze happens like this: the game works fine for a while (from 5 to 20 minutes), then the first freeze appears (a crunch from the speakers, the mouse moves but with very noticeable jerks), after which the game continues to work quite normally (it lasts all 5 seconds), then everything repeats after 7 minutes and lasts twice as long, and so on in arithmetic progression until it freezes completely (meaning it immediately turns off).
This anomaly does not appear in all games (for example, Fallout NV does not even think to slow down at the maximum, many other games also do not freeze, but changing the settings in the above games to the minimum does not lead to anything), and the main thing was not always, initially when the game was purchased (I will talk mainly about BF BC2) and on another laptop (Acer Aspire 5920g) it worked fine, then the same problems began to appear, then after a while (the game did not start) everything worked fine again . Acer died, r580 was bought to replace him, on which everything was fine at first, then also after some time, the game also started to glitch, but after a day or two, it began to work normally again, until three months ago it started to hang again . Unfortunately, since I rarely play, I couldn't watch the game behavior change after doing anything, but one thing is for sure, reinstalling the OS doesn't help. About the temperature of the processor, it heated up to a peak of 100-105 degrees (which, in principle, is tolerable for this processor), thinking that this could be the truth, I disassembled the laptop, cleaned everything, replaced the thermal paste (the radiator was very tightly attached to the processor ), and even bought a cooling pad (to be honest, such crap), now the temperature at the peak reaches 98-100 degrees, but the game is buggy (in Fallout NV, for example, the temperature sometimes reaches 112 degrees, but the car behaves calmly). I read somewhere that the problem could be due to the sound card, what kind of firewood I didn’t install, what I just didn’t do with direct x and device settings - the result is the same, nothing changes. Again, I repeat
Gentlemen, help with advice on what to do with this problem, otherwise you are going to kill someone once a week, and you FIG. Even Starcraft 2 works fine, but some l2d is buggy. What is the jamb, what is worth trying to do?

> peak up to 100-105 degrees
This is extremely high. And this is the reason for the freezes for sure + most likely the memory and video chip are overheated. By the way, it is quite possible that it overheats, in any case, the values \u200b\u200bare limiting.
The explanation for the fact that the fallout plows may lie in different methods of loading the video card - i.e. different instructions are used and, accordingly, different blocks of the chip are involved, and its operation simply does not affect the very critical block that is unstable at this temperature.

I have the same laptop and experienced the same stuttering issues in games. Try disabling PowerMizer on the video card, it worked for me. nvworld.ru/utilities/pmswitch/ here is a utility to disable it.

I have a weak laptop, but the problems are the same and this is most likely due to the processor ...
you can try accelerators, but but but.

gf320 is essentially a weak card (even in acer 5920 it will be more powerful), what is the temperature of the video chip? as an option try to run OCCT and FurMark tests

By the way, yes, I agree with VasiliyIsaichkin, judging by the Intel website (the link is really to the Core i5-430M because there is no 420M there) 105 and above is no longer good, in principle, 100 is not good, from that site "TJUNCTION 105 ° C"
