Laptop overheating notification to phone or email?

Hello.
I have a very old laptop with a broken matrix. I use it as a plex server. I connect via team viewer. works 24\7. Sometimes it is very buzzing and sometimes reboots.
Is there software that sends a notification to soap or phone or somewhere else when it overheats?

another matter that for an old laptop you need it easier - network automation can be a bit heavy
the easiest way - python script

Increase the gap between the bottom of the laptop and the table - maybe no software is needed?
