Laptop keyboard not working properly after reboot or shutdown?

When I turned the laptop off and then on again, the keyboard stopped working.
But when I install the drivers from "Standard PS / 2 Keyboard" to "Standard PS / 2 101/102 Keyboard" through the Device Manager, I do not restart the laptop, but take it to sleep and return. The keyboard starts working. But if you reboot after sleep, then the keyboard stops working does not work. If you just go to sleep, it doesn’t work either, only from such manipulations it starts to work.
Definitely not a virus. I understand that the reason is in the wood, but what does not come to mind.

1) Reset Bios settings to Default. - If the problem persists, then go ahead.
2) Disconnect the battery and restart the laptop. - If the problem persists, then go ahead.
3) After rebooting the laptop in Bios, does the time go astray or stay in place? If it fails, change the Bios battery.
4) Reinstall the drivers for the motherboard chipset.
