Laptop for igor. Which processor is better Amd ryzen 5 4600H or intel 5 10300H?

For a whole month I can’t understand which laptop is better for working in editors like Adobe After Effects and for more or less normal games like Forza Horizon 4.
If I decided with a video card that 1650Ti is better than 1650, then I won’t figure it out in processors
or better Intel 5 - 4/8 or AMD 5 - 6/12.
In terms of processor power equalization resources, they are more or less at the same level.
What do you recommend?

Go feel the laptops with your hands.
In principle, comparing these two prots, Ryzen in a larger number of tests breaks ahead, although not everywhere. For gaming, the difference is not critical, but +4 cores in Ryzen gives a little more to work with.

It is necessary to read reviews - on that percent and on the other. The difference is rather holistic than technical - there are people who do not tolerate AMD, there are those who do not tolerate Intel.
