Laptop for beginners for programming?

Hi all!
Is this laptop enough for a beginner to start learning C++, Java, Javascript or Html for example?
In the future we plan to buy something good...
Please answer more clearly why yes or why not? What to buy can be a little better, I’ll say it again for a start only for a beginner and what language to choose to start with (I learned a little Pascal, C)!
Thanks a lot to everyone for the replies!

For modern web development, you need at least 16GB of RAM, but preferably 24+.
The screen needs at least FullHD, so that the IDE interface is difficult to fit.
An SSD is a must.
As for the video card - absolutely any.
Any processor, but the better it is, the faster it will work. However and with slow problems will not be.

For a student, a very good horse, everything you need is present, if there is another 8g bar, and not 2 by 4g, then it’s generally super

Perfect if it fits within your budget. If possible, take with 16 GB of memory and at least 256 GB of ssd.
