Laptop for android studio?
Found a laptop that suits me. Everything in it is good, but I'm afraid for the stuffing from AMD. The essence of the question is whether it is worth taking a laptop for android studio with an AMD processor, then there will be no support for Intel HAXM.

Six months ago I bought a laptop specifically for Android development.
Processor - Intel Core i5. And for me personally, HAXM did not produce any noticeable improvement in the performance of the emulator. Anyway, the "standard" emulator started unbearably slowly, noticeably slowed down during operation.
If you use GenyMotion , then everything is fine.
So I do not think that the lack of support for Intel HAXM will be any noticeable problem.
(But testing on a real android device is still much more convenient than on an emulator)
I have an asus zenbook prime ux 32vd with 10gb of ram and 2 cards, but the emulator still leaves much to be desired. It seems to me that this is not a matter of iron. The easy way out: use an emulator from Genymotion
A few years ago, I had a 4-core processor from AMD Phenom, and my sister had a laptop with i3.
The difference in performance was huge! i3 with HAXM worked much faster.
Now I have a laptop with i7 and SSD. The standard emulator works, almost like a smartphone. All swipes and animations work smoothly. I even recorded a demo video from the emulator. Podlagayet only sometimes.
Well, if to the point, then take the very laptop with i7 and put an SSD in it.
At your price tag, the market is full of offers.
