Laptop battery 10.95V and 14.8V, compatible?

Good afternoon. Tell me please, I decided to order a battery, the hstnn-lb6u model, my native one is at 10.95V 31Wh, I found it on one site according to the model, but it says 14.8V 41Wh, the site support assured that they are compatible. On another site I found this model with 10.95V there is a warning - "Please note, there is a version of this battery with a voltage of 14.8V, which is not compatible with this battery." Who to believe? Will a 14.8v battery fit if the old battery is 10.9v? Thanks
