Landing in one day?

Folks, how do you manage to make (and do you manage) a landing page of 5-10 screens with forms, selects, sliders, animation, pixel perfect check, adaptability, check and all in 1 day?
I can hardly fit in 2 days and there is nothing I can do to make it faster.
