LAN speed (hostapd+d-link dwa 547)

Good day everyone!
There was a problem when setting up a home server: the speed of the local network does not exceed 10 Mbps.
A dwa 547 card is installed on the server. The computer
finds a new network, connects to it and normally goes to the Internet, but the connection speed is displayed from 5 to 58 Mbps (I have not seen 300 yet). I measured the speed in the local network using iperf - it never exceeded 10 Mbps.

Config hostapd.conf: I tried to remove the last two lines. I also tried various compatibility options and various channels. Tried different combinations of antenna directions... I would be very grateful if someone can advise what can be done to increase the speed.

Change TKIP to AES
on the dwa 547 server, but on your computer?

Tried on 2 different computers.
I don’t know what network connection on one (not mine), on the second Broadcom 802.11n
tried to register the settings you suggested - in the connection state, the speed also jumps, iperf showed 19.2 Mbps.

It feels like everything that happens depends not only on the settings. When the computer (not the server) was restarted, the speed of the new connection was defined as 5 Mbps Well, the corresponding indicators in ipref.
