Is it possible to disable clients by time on the DIR-615T?

For the second day I've been trying to implement my mother's request, but I just can't find the right setting on the router. On my own with OpenWRT on board, I did this through the rules for traffic in the firewall, but here I couldn’t even see any setting that turned on by time.

Task: disconnect clients (ip and poppy static) from the World Wide Web, while it is desirable to leave them in LAN, from 21:00 to 07:00.

I don't think that Dlink can do it... unless you disable/enable the wifi module
