Lambda operator generation at runtime?

Good afternoon.
There is a task - in runtime to create on the basis of the given lambda expression another. But according to the conditions of the task, the output is a lambda from several expressions - i.e. lambda operator. Expression Trees that can be used with lambda expressions cannot be used with lambda statements.
Is it possible to solve this somehow or tell me where to dig?
