How to search for players and connect them via the Internet?

In my game, multiplayer is implemented using UNET. One of the players is the host and the others join. On the local network, this all works fine, but how can I make the host visible to all clients, even if it is not on the local network? And so that everyone can become a host (because the game is on the phone), even without a static ip address?
