Labor productivity. How to raise?

Hello.
It's been 3 months since I got a job as a junior, remotely. However, this is what worries me:
Low labor productivity. I can sit all day on a problem that, as it turns out, could be solved fairly quickly.
This is my first job, and I don’t know what the result should be in such a period.
I complete the tasks I set, but I spend a lot of time on it, although theoretically I know how to complete them.
How to efficiently allocate your working time? Does all this come with experience? Or are there any life hacks?
The management is happy with everything so far, but I'm worried about the future, because I need to grow, but it seems to me that I'm marking time.

There may be something else here. For example, there are too many distractions.
To increase productivity, I recommend this book: The Organized Mind - Daniel Levitin
There is also the so-called Pomodoro Technique

Well, either the skills are not enough, or the context. Ask more experienced colleagues what to do.
I complete the tasks I set, but I spend a lot of time on it, although theoretically I know how to complete them.

Ask the team leader and manager for feedback on the pace. If they say it's ok, don't worry.
If not, then you need to figure out why.
You can try the tomato method, which has already been mentioned here, but it does not work with everyone.
It's really hard to concentrate on remote work. Here I can only advise:
1. Get a separate account on your home computer, especially for work. There will be no games, no saved passwords for social networks.
2. Fold the phone away and turn off notifications.
3. Tidy up the room if it hasn't already been done. Remove everything that is not needed from the table.
4. Work in good light.
