L2TP, prohibition of simultaneous connection on the same login?

Configured xl2tpd with ipsec under ubuntu, everything works fine.
I want to enable the restriction: only one L2TP connection per account.
Accounts are taken from: /etc/ppp/chap-secrets
uniqueids=yes in /etc/ipsec.conf - needed for something completely different (and doesn't help...)
