Kodi not friendly with smb shares on ASUS routers?

There is an ASUS tr-n18u router, a USB disk is connected to it, the ball is configured, it is visible on all devices on the network.
There is also RaspberryPi 1 model B with RetroPie and Kodi. Everything has been updated to the latest versions.
The problem is this: Kodi highlights the password from the router shares in red. At the same time, other devices connect to it without problems. Kodi connects to a password-protected public folder on the PC.
Has anyone encountered something similar?
