Knocks out an error when switching to payment through liqpay why?

On this website , there is a table here
, when you click on the menu item to select franchises, you will scroll to it

and there is a button to purchase, which leads to payment. But now, instead of filling out forms, it shows an error there and just loads further. What is the problem
