The outdated KLADR and the new FIAS are supported by the Federal Tax Service of the Russian Federation, the databases are updated and available for download.

BUT! There are questions left ... The errors noted by Habr have remained uncorrected since 2014. There are doubts about the quality and level of database support.
I appeal to you, dear friends!
How does FIAS compare with the databases of Yandex, Google, 2GIS, Navitel, OpenMap? Do geoservices use FIAS? Do they supplement their address base, do they correct FIAS mistakes? Is it possible to get lists of addresses from geoservices, and not just a mark on the map?

No way, because there are no coordinates in FIAS, how exactly to replenish? Slap the house anyhow where, if only to increase the amount of compliance? The world is changing too fast to keep up. In contrast to the slow bureaucracy, the process of waiting for corrections tends to infinity.
P.S. Although in the summer I received an answer from the tax office that they have some kind of resolution on updating the FIAS.
